• Carbon monoxide is something that does not want to be messed with, if any of your vents are blocked or not venting properly you can have a buildup of this which can cause death. If you are noticing really bad headaches and sickness and funny smells in your place have one of our engineers come and check for a leak.

• Ventilation is the key to a building, if you have a new building more likely due to strict building codes here in CA you will have a good ventilation system. The problem is with older buildings that maybe neglected these building codes in the past. If your place always has a stale smell about it then it might be time to look at getting some ventilation installed. Our technicians will install some filtered ducting to circulate fresh air through the place.

• If you are lacking air conditioning you are going to encounter humidity in the home, and the one thing that you really want to watch for is mold and mildew which will cause chest issues. That is why it’s important to have good air conditioning systems with well installed ventilation; it will stop any humidity in its tracks.

• Electrical wiring has to be up to code for any air conditioning system, since the system draws a fair amount of power if the system was installed by someone who was not registered you might have some very sketchy electrical work going on, have one of our engineers check it out to make sure it’s up to code.
